Judy Warren

Judy is a Senior Director of LB&Co. Prior to joining the firm, Judy has served as Global Leader, Total Rewards at Flowserve Corporation (where she worked closely with the members of LB&Co.) and as Global Leader, Compensation at CBRE, both Fortune 500 companies. Judy is a proven Rewards & Recognition leader, with experience shaping strategy, leveraging return on organizational investment in rewards & recognition programs, including sales compensation, and developing solutions that advance organization strategies and results. ​

In addition, she has an extensive background in designing executive compensation programs and managing interactions with Organization & Compensation Committees and full Boards of Directors. Outside of compensation, Judy has led the development and execution of executive succession planning programs, developing roadmaps for the future in partnership with both management and Boards of Directors. Judy has served industries including shipping, energy, manufacturing, transportation, industrial, and technology.

During her career, Judy has also led global labor relations functions including developing global strategy, direct union negotiation and European works council management. As a member of the Human Resources leadership teams, she has been a core participant in all aspects of the Talent Cycle from Selection through Development to Termination on both an individual and collective basis.

 

Prior to her time in the corporate sector, Judy began her career as a consultant for Arthur Andersen and Watson Wyatt, working both in her home country of the United Kingdom and across Europe consulting in all matters relating to driving success through talent for organizations in such industries as finance, retail and manufacturing.

 

Judy holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Warwick University in the United Kingdom and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. She is a member of the Board of a non-profit animal rescue program in Dallas, Texas, is an active volunteer for the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center and acts as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children at-risk in Dallas County.
