William A. Roskin

William A. Roskin is a Senior Director of LB&Co. and the founder and head of Roskin Consulting, a firm that focuses on executive compensation and organizational development consulting to public and private companies. LB&Co. and Roskin Consulting have collaborated on several projects over the years culminating in Mr. Roskin’s affiliating with the LB&Co. team earlier this year. Mr. Roskin also serves as a member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Compensation Committee and member of the Audit Committee of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. He also serves as a member of the Compensation Committee of Sony Corporation of America and as a member of the Board of Directors of the New York Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Prior to becoming a consultant and corporate director, Mr. Roskin was Executive Vice President – Human Resources and Administration of Viacom from 1988 to 2006, and served as a Senior Advisor to the new” Viacom from 2006 until 2009. During his tenure at Viacom, he was responsible for developing and implementing the company’s human resources and labor relations policies and programs, including its executive compensation programs.

Before joining Viacom, Mr. Roskin was Senior Vice President – Human Resources at Coleco Industries, Inc. and Vice President for Labor Relations at Warner Communications Inc.

Mr. Roskin received a B.B.A. degree from the City College of New York, an LL.B. degree from St. John’s University School of Law, and an LL.M. degree from NYU School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
